I am an Eritrean-American interdisciplinary researcher, practitioner and producer of healing, visual and lit arts.
I’ve studied and practiced systems of astrology, herbalism, somatics and energy work for over a decade, helping others to increase their capacity and share their talents by teaching how to care for their energy and vessels.
