For the past decade, I have been immersed in the study and practice of the healing arts and sciences, exploring inner and outer natures to integrate the polarities of light and dark & masculine and feminine.  My journey began through the initiation of illness, which introduced me to astrology, herbalism, and Kundalini Yoga and Buddhist meditation while at Duke University. Since then, I have committed myself to understanding the subtlities of the inner world, energy, and symbols that shape our reality.

As an astrologer, herbalist, and skywalker, I guide others in reconnecting with their intuitive faculities, interpreting the symbolic and subconscious language of their lives, and creating natural remedies that cultivate harmony, beauty, and health. My work bridges the spiritual and material realms, inviting a deeper sense of connection and presence to Spirit and Earth. 

By weaving together astrology, herbalism, dreamwork, and somatics, my intention is to offer insights and perspectives that empower individuals and groups to fully embody themselves and celebrate the differences that make up our wholeness.
